In order to reserve your vacation, we require a REFUNDABLE/NON-REFUNDABLE $200 security deposit. 

If you decide to cancel your reservation, this deposit will be refundable up to 21 days prior to your vacation.  No refunds will be given less than 21 days prior to cancellation. The $200 deposit will be refunded to you after careful inspection of your vacation rental which is usually within one week upon return of keys back to vacation rental owner. If it is determined that there is damage to the property, a written notification will be made to the renter along with estimate for the damage. 

Renter and rental town home owner must agree on date and rate prior to entering secured payment. $200 deposit AND vacation weekend/week must be paid in full prior to reserving your vacation. We accept personal check, money order or certified bank check.
